        Our "No BS" Warranty Policy

       NAVIGATOR, IMD METER & ON-AIR Headset:

Warranty:  90 day functionality warranty (direct exchange).  Shipping costs 
                   to us paid by the customer and return costs will be paid by us.

                   Three (3) year parts and labor.   You pay shipping and send it to
                   us for repair and we will ship it back to you repaired at our cost.  
                    
     NAVIGATOR Cable Harness and USB ferrite cable: 

Warranty:  All cable harnesses from us have a 90 day functionality warranty.  A
                   defective harness or USB cable will be replaced.  Shipping costs to
                   us will be paid by the customer.   Return shipping costs to the
                   customer will be paid by us.

Please:      All units should be sent to us USPS insured!   We will also return the
                   replaced unit via USPS Priority Mail insured.

Our 'No BS" REFUND POLICY:

NAVIGATOR, IMD METER and ON-AIR Headset:     
                   Our 'No BS" policy is simple:  If you don't like it then send it back!
                   A FULL refund (including shipping charges) will be given for ALL
                   units for a period of 30 days from our shipping date.  We only require
                   the unit be returned in like-new condition.   After the initial 30 day
                   period no refund will be given, however, our functionality warranty
                   still applies.

CABLE HARNESS:  No refund, period... No BS.  Our functionality warranty still
                   applies.  Look, we know that crap happens.  If you ordered the wrong
                   cable harness, we will exchange it for the one you need as long as it
                   is in unused condition.   You will have to pay shipping both ways.
